Rihanna
Robyn Rihanna Fenty, often referred to as Rihanna by Barbadians is a singer/songwriter. Her hits comprise Pon de Replay, SOS Umbrella, and Take a Bow. Rihanna is an extremely well-known artist who has sold over 41 million albums across the globe and more than 150 million songs. Born in Barbados, she grew up to appreciate reggae music and began singing in the midst of her childhood. In order to escape her parents' tensions along with her parent's constant disputes and arguments, she began to sing. When she was in high school, she started a group of musicians and was able to meet the music producer Evan Rodgers. He was stunned by her talent. Rihanna was then moved into New York to start a profession as a full-time singer. Rihanna's debut album soon became a hit and she was hailed as the next big thing in music. Rihanna was loved by the youth for her peppy, foot-tapping music. It led to her becoming a director. Talented and young, Rihanna is now regarded as a teenage idol as well as a fashion icon. Rihanna puts her fame into good use by being actively engaged in a variety of charitable causes
