Hallie Jackson
Hallie J. Jackson is a American journalist as well as a political analyst. She is the current chief NBC News White House correspondent', and anchors various newscasts on NBC Cable's 'MSNBC.' Born and raised in Pennsylvania, US, she received a bachelor's degree in political science from 'John Hopkins University. Following her initial stint in a few towns in Maryland, Delaware, and Connecticut, for the TV stations WBOC and 'WFSB' (affiliates of 'CBS'), Jackson joined 'Hearst Corporation' in 2014 and was a reporter for all their 26 stations throughout the United States from Washington, DC. Then she joined NBC News in 2014, where she spent the following year for NBC Los Angeles. Her reputation was established as an expert in political reporting due to her remarkable coverage of the presidential election in 2016 and numerous election campaigns. She is recognized as a hard-working and versatile journalist. Her most notable assignments were covering the presidential campaign of Senator Ted Cruz as well as conducting exclusive interviews of important "GOP" candidates. Jackson is now NBC's principal White House' reporter in 2017. She is the wife of Douglas Hitchner and is a daughter of two.
